Since the X SPBILF has been rescheduled from May 2020 to a later date, participants with purchased packages can choose from the following options:
The provisional dates for the X SPBILF are May 18-22, 2021.
Every delegate whose registration fee for the X SPBILF has been paid (and their accompanying persons with purchased packages) will receive an email with detailed instructions to the address provided in the registration form. A similar instruction will be made available in your Personal Office at the Forum website.
If you had not received the email by March 26, 2020, please make sure to check your Junk/Unsolicited Email folders and reach out to the Delegate Management at firstname.lastname@example.org. or by calling +7 (812) 449-36-21.
Please bear in mind that the amount will be refunded to the legal entity/individual (customer) who effectuated the payment of the registration fee. If a bank card was used for the transaction, the amount will be refunded to the card that was used for the payment.
The refund will be issued as promptly as possible after the customer supplies all the documents necessary for its processing. We thank you for your understanding of the current situation.
All purchased X SPBILF participation packages shall remain valid without changes to the participant status or price.
Please bear in mind that the holders of participation packages are legal entities/individuals (customers) who effectuated the payment, and not the delegates/accompanying persons listed in corresponding participation agreements (offers) concluded before March 25, 2020.
The customers are free in their choice of delegates/accompanying persons who will participate in the X SPBILF when it is held (in 2021). For packages purchased at a special price, we would like to remind you that the participant(s) must meet the discount criteria, which you may find at the Form website.
We recommend reaching out directly to the responsible managers of the hotel where you booked accommodation.
You may find the cancellation rules of SPBILF official and recommended hotels in your Personal Office under Accommodation. In most cases, no cancellation fees apply if a booking is cancelled at least a month prior to the check-in date.

We recommend reaching out directly to the responsible manager of the hotel where you booked accommodation. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any information regarding the cancellation policies of any hotels other than the official and recommended SPBILF hotels.
We recommend contacting the airline or other passenger transportation company you purchased the tickets from. Due to the spreading of the coronavirus infection, many passenger carriers have introduced flexible policies of trip rescheduling or cancellation.
